Middle-o-pack student of triathlon, just trying to move forward

[KPerham @KPerham]

Ask most Americans to get up at 5am to exercise...not a chance. But to save 25$ on a DVD player and they are all over that shit. #priority

[xt4 @xt4]

when is a two mile run not a two mile run

[xt4 @xt4]

@TrekBikes stay with lance.

[xt4 @xt4]

@REV3TRI smugmug links in your Wisconsin Dells post race email are broken, and smugmug itself only has Portland and quassy - no dells.

@trisaratops2198

[xt4 @xt4]

Had a tough race out there, but thanks @REV3TRI for bringing it. Thanks and nice to see you @simplystu @robbyb.

[xt4 @xt4]

@trisaratops2198 PPS - come back to wisco, let's go get a beer.

[xt4 @xt4]

@trisaratops2198 however, finish line with D? All worth it, every step.

[xt4 @xt4]

@trisaratops2198 in a not awesome at all way. Tough course, but screwed nutrition and tore an already ailing soleus. I may be Oly now on.

[xt4 @xt4]

got chewed up and spit out at rev3 today. #pileofhurt

[xt4 @xt4]

Game faces.

[xt4 @xt4]

is live from @REV3TRI Wisconsin Dells.

[xt4 @xt4]

41.5mph descent today in full aero rig. Fastest ever for me. Fun 60mi. But, nursing significant calf strain. No idea how that'll go in 2 wks

[xt4 @xt4]

Beijing opening ceremonies were breathtaking. London's giving me a headache.

[xt4 @xt4]

I imagine Bruce Wayne feels the same about putting on the Batsuit as I do putting on my racing wheels.

[xt4 @xt4]

@robbyb interesting. Thanks.

[xt4 @xt4]

@robbyb how would you compare rev3 hills with IMWI? More, less, similar? Harder, easier, similar? Hoping to ride it this weekend.

[xt4 @xt4]

Eff you, wasp who flew into my jersey and stuck me twice on my ride. Eff you.

[xt4 @xt4]

@jwmwi agree.

[xt4 @xt4]

@jwmwi not Monona, but other area lakes. So warm it's almost uncomfortable. Can't imagine 1.5 hrs in a wetsuit - hot hot hot.
