My project (Purple) beats MemPalace on LongMemEval (+0.4pp NDCG@10).

No big tricks .. just a simple, well-tuned system.

Still lot of gains to be made in retrieval + ranking!

Feeling a little unstoppable the past month.

1) The number of entire companies I coded in the past week- replacing stuff I used already and canceling contracts.

2) The apps where it's easier to just make it instead of sign up for something and deal with them

3) The creative process unlock- holy FUCK

I feel like I've could rebuild everything I made in the last 20 years in a week or two.
