Paying a premium for exclusivity is become more attractive by the day. Especially in a world where privacy hardly exists.
Goes to restaurants, gyms flights etc…
It is well sha! Pocket no match ambition
Unpopular opinion:
Stop giving hand outs to people who have no job with no intention of getting one.
They will never look to finding a job through honest work.
Applies to beggars disguised as spotters. It’s cancer spreading that won’t end well.
1/4 Unpopular Opinion - Car Spotting in Lagos.
Just saw the car spotting guy at Ikoyi Round about less than an hour ago and I can say “we Nigerians” encourage rubbish in the name of sentiment and comparison to countries or cities with lesser security risks
About 8 months ago I wrote here about enabling rubbish and coming to complaint months later! Boiz at the traffic light were enabled with handout in exchange for hailing… same as the spotters… I kuku talk am say mob go pretend like spotter that run after cars
Is there a gym in this Lagos that has a camera/recording policy? At lest time of the day restriction for filming? Please sign me up…. I will gladly pay a premium
@MejiistheOne I had a single that organically hit top 10 charts in multiple radio stations in Lagos in 2008 from Ibadan with nothing but a great song and promo CDs sent out.
Couldn’t keep up with the momentum because I was in a private university so I didn’t honor radio interviews.
Acknowledgement, accountability and “genuine will” to do better on flaws even when called out has become rare in this modern era. Rather, we admit/glorify clear flaws and demand acceptance under the guise of “that’s how/who I am”.

Divert all intending individual real estate investors to commercial properties - buy a suite in hotel, or invest in a high rise office complex etc like Dubai did decades ago.
Leave home properties to those who need homes
