It’s a game changer when we do things God’s way. Healthy marriages build healthy families. Healthy families build healthy communities, and healthy communities change the world.
Morning Beloved ☀️
But do not overlook this one fact beloved that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years
and a thousand years as one day
The day of the Lord will come as a thief .. coming to fulfill his promises to us .
Stay radiant 🤍
You are his Beloved

Morning Beloved ☀️
New day. New way .
Start the day with prayer
Make it the first part of your
morning routine.
Quiet yourself in solitude & silence let every distraction be pulled away … let the peace of God fill you .
Then you will have peace even in the chaos of the day.
Morning Beloved
Sweet Heart of Jesus
be my love .❤️
Sacred Heart of Jesus
I place my trust in thee.
Give me your peace that surpasses all understanding
Knowing that you Lord
will work it all out for my good.
Amen
A lot of people today think if they can just find the right app, the right protocol, or the right routine, they’ll finally feel less lonely or less anxious.
But there are some human problems that cannot be solved by more optimization.
We already spend so much of modern life living out of the left hemisphere of the brain: analyzing, achieving, organizing, staring at screens, trying to control and optimize everything.
But the deepest parts of human life live largely in the right hemisphere: love, friendship, beauty, presence, and faith. And you cannot get to the right hemisphere by going further and further left.
Morning Beloved 🌅
“Don’t worry about anything;
instead pray about everything.
Tell God what you need &
thank Him for all he has done
Then my friend
You will experience God’s peace
His peace will guard your hearts
& minds as you live in Christ “
Philippians 4:6-7🌱

“Cor” is the Latin word for heart. That’s partly why we named our confirmation program CORE. We want to help young people get to the heart of faith and the heart of their own true identity.
We can see the word “cor” at the root of words like “encourage” and “discourage.” To disCOURage is, in a very real sense, to take someone’s heart away with your words. To enCOURage is to put more heart and life into someone.
If we want to be more attuned to the grace of the Holy Spirit, we should strive to actually imitate him. One way to do this is to be an encourager. Pay attention to people around you who are getting tired or maybe a little burnt out. They need encouragement.
Being an encourager takes a deliberate act of will, you know. The reasons for that are simple. First, our cavemen brains tend to fixate on threats to keep us alive. So we’re more likely to call out problems than celebrate the good someone is doing. And second, we’re busy. We give time to the squeaky wheel. We ignore the other three. Don’t do that.
If your bride has chosen the route of housewife and kept at the domestic chores and endless hours with toddlers for years, do you regularly praise and thank her for it? Because it’s probably more exhausting than she’s letting on.
If your kids are passing school and being generally good kids…do you know how hard that can be with the media/cultural/social pressures of 2026?
If your employees work their butts off, do you burn them out by constantly driving the company to perfection, or do you stop and praise the micro-victories they’re winning every day in their cubicles?
If your husband keeps at it with a job he’s not overly passionate about, but has woken up and driven to for twenty years, that’s no small thing. Do you tell him, “I’m proud of you. And grateful you work so hard. You’re a good man!” The seemingly most confident dad still needs to hear that. Trust me. I know. We all do, even if we love our jobs. Life gets tiring.
YOU can put more heart and life into someone. You have a superpower! Use it. Cheer someone on today.
“Encourage one another and build each other up” (1 Thessalonians 5:11).

Come, Holy Spirit, help me to get out of my own head to build people up. Give me the fruit of your kindness.
Heartbreak doesn't feel permanent by accident.
It's designed to. The designer is Mother Nature.
She tells you the sadness will last forever because your ancestors had to learn from loss. If grief wore off by morning, you'd lose the same way again. The pain had to feel infinite, or they wouldn't take the lesson.
But she also tells the same lie in reverse.
When you fall in love or finally land the job, she whispers that this will last too. Chase the gazelle. Stay in the hunt. The high has to feel permanent, or they wouldn't chase it again.
Except emotions don’t last. They can’t last. Because they're a signal system. Something crosses your horizon — a threat, an opportunity — and the limbic system tells you to approach or avoid. An emotion that doesn't pass is an alarm that won't stop ringing.
It took me decades to figure this out.
Now, when someone cuts me off in traffic, it bums me out for a minute. Then I think: this won't bother me in an hour. So I get a head start on not caring right now.
When it comes to emotions: Intensity is real. Permanence is a lie.
Next time a feeling feels like forever, remember: Mother Nature lies. Forever never lasts.
