Figured out Dota hates undervolting, THE HARD WAY.

5800x3D and 3080ti at 1440p was getting 20 fps during team fights.

Reset snd updated everything (workshop files, prelaunch config and drivers), nothing

Reset OC settings in MSI Afterburner, BOOM, 240 fps again 😂
