It was easy for GLEM to make up "cis-gender" which has an offensive and problematic history. Why not make up GLEIR own pronouns. It think there would be less resistance to it instead of GLEM highjacking existing pronouns.

It's not hard to use they/them, but it's grammatically wrong. Hence, logically flawed when used.

Isn't it easier to make up a new pronoun, why not use "gley/glem/gleir"?
