Doctor sent more documentation.
Insurance said they needed a peer to peer review.

Peer to peer happened.

Insurance denied it again.
My friend paid $2,400 out of pocket.
The person who denied it was not a doctor.

Was not reviewed by a doctor.
Was an algorithm trained to find reasons to say no.

This is legal.
This is standard practice.

🚨 Two teens left their friend to drown in Lake Ray Hubbard then immediately tried to cover it up by ditching his clothes and phone.

On April 13, 2026, 18-year-old Daniel Erving jumped into the lake with 19-year-old Lucas Roper and a 17-year-old near at Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area). Erving drowned (reports do not specify exactly how) and instead of helping or calling for help, Roper and the juvenile fled in Roper’s car, threw Erving’s clothes into a tree line, and tossed his phone out the window. Roper later deleted all messages and calls with Erving from his own phone.

Roper was finally arrested on July 9 almost three months later and charged with tampering with evidence. He admitted he panicked and didn’t want to get in trouble.

This is what happens when people care more about saving their own asses than the person drowning right in front of them. Disgusting.

After being rehired on technicality—fired yet again after another poop-related attack in women's bathroom.

He was rehired by another Texas police department—and promoted to Chief of Police.

Matthew Luckhurst bragged to a fellow San Antonio police officer that he had picked up some feces, placed it in a slice of bread, put it in a Styrofoam container, and then gave it to a homeless man.

His final termination from the San Antonio Police Department was in 2020.

He was then rehired as a police officer by the Benavides Police Department in April 2023—promoted to Police Chief in June 2026.

Benavides is a city located in Duval County in South Texas.

Also had a dentist office, and it was revealed that he had 330 gallons of industrial grade sulfuric acid shipped there. So they were pulling teeth so they couldn't bite or be identified, dissolved in acid and dumped into the ocean.
