You obviously don't have the first clue, so here goes. Prior to Jesus (the Messiah) there was the Mosaic Covenant. It was a huge list of rules the God made for the Israelite people (the Jews). Because God dwelled among them, they had to perform all sorts of cleansing rituals and sacrifices to atone for their sins. There were the original Ten Commandments and about 500 more (like don't eat unclean animals) , all written in Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deutoronomy, by Moses.

Well, problem is Israel kept screwing up. Over and over and these were God's chosen people, so He found a better way. He became a man. He walked the earth, did a bunch of miracles, never committed a single sin, then died horribly, on the cross, so we no longer had to atone for our sins. This is the New Covenant. All we have to do now is believe in Him and we'll live with Him forever. Pretty good deal. So that's why when you think you're "owning" a follower of Christ by criticizing them for eating shellfish or pork, you sound silly. Christ paid our sin debt in full.

Oh, and yes, we still sin. That's another very commonly heard and dumb thing anti-Christians also say. No one is innocent and no one deserves God's grace, but He gives it anyway. Like I said, pretty good deal.
