@MetropolisLab @AmeeraShah I would like to highlight a horrible experience with Metropolis during such a critical time. My aged father's sample was collected for the RT PCR test on 1-Apr noon. We were informed that the report would be sent on mail after 24 hours.

The lab technician finally helped us obtain the report. That wasn't part of her job. At least someone has a sense of responsibility at Metropolis
