For those of you who are new to campus, here are the general policies for the XULA Fitness Center:

ZUMBA
Days: Thursdays
Time: 7:00PM
Zumba is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. It's really more fun than exercise!

The XULA Fitness Center will Close early today and we will open up again on Ash Wednesday.
Remember everybody: Don't tell your friends who don't attend or work at XULA that they can hang out at the XULA Fitness Center, because they absolutely cannot!

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 7:30AM
Even if you're tired upon waking, morning yoga practice is guaranteed to make you feel more awake and alive. Specific postures and practices serve to build energy, relieve stress, and awaken mindfulness.
Group Fitness Classes start this week everybody!
No experience is necessary to join our fitness classes. Walk-ins of all skill level are welcome.
