• 1979–1980 transitional flag (looks like Kurdistan Flag 🤯 as if they wanted to colonize Iran ever since then!!): A green-white-red tricolor with a yellow sun-like emblem (with 22 surrounding stars/rays) in the center. This is spot-on and often overlooked—it’s the short-lived post-revolution design (a sun/wheel motif by Sadegh Tabrizi😒) used briefly in early 1979–1980 before the Arabic emblem replaced it on 29 July 1980.
