• Pre-tricolor Qajar-era variants (1797–1852): reflect real Qajar dynasty experimentation with the symbol.

• 🇮🇷Tricolor adoption and standardization (1852–1979): The green-white-red horizontal stripes with the centered lion-and-sun emblem. This became official after the 1906–1907 Constitutional Revolution (formalized in the 1907 Supplementary Fundamental Laws).

• 1979–1980 transitional flag (looks like Kurdistan Flag 🤯 as if they wanted to colonize Iran ever since then!!): A green-white-red tricolor with a yellow sun-like emblem (with 22 surrounding stars/rays) in the center. This is spot-on and often overlooked—it’s the short-lived post-revolution design (a sun/wheel motif by Sadegh Tabrizi😒) used briefly in early 1979–1980 before the Arabic emblem replaced it on 29 July 1980.

• 1980💩: The Islamic Republic flag with the red stylized “Allah” emblem
