I have no idea why people are claiming otherwise. They know the video isn’t going to be released publicly, so they’re misrepresenting what was actually shown in court.

There was no “high quality, conclusive video showing Tyler taking the shot” shown today! I was outside the courthouse all week, but @billiewebbb & @brandisiciliani were inside & saw the videos. They insist the vids were blurry & you cannot see a trigger pull or “Tyler’s face.”

Total misrepresentation from Jack P, Tatum, Benny, and whoever else will be spinning this. I suspect THIS is likely a major reason why they were there: to spread a false narrative bc the case is WEAK AF.

If only I’d known this when I interviewed them afterward, I would have asked directly why they’re spreading lies & mischaracterizing evidence.

This is a manipulation tactic that we can call “trust now, forget later.”

The very few pieces of “exclusive” footage shown today were 0% more indicting than what we’ve already seen when it comes to connecting the far-away figure on video to Tyler Robinson. Go ahead and save Benny’s tweet. It will age horribly.
