@VodafoneUK here's a screenshot of my service at my home. This is like this every single day. I have complained only to be told I'm a lying. I cannot make calls or receive calls! We now cannot contact any1 in an emergency! After 10 plus years I think it's time we move on.

@verynetwork how can I speak to a U.K. agent.? I've tried calling, keep getting through to ppl who cannot understand my complaint. My account is now locked & no info matches to reset it! Spent ages trying to explain my problem & now the agent has locked my account 😡

@ScottishPower 2. Done this a few times and got the same results. 2 sets of letters each time yet the refused to investigate it. This complaint was 1st raised in 2020 and it's now 3 years later and they still won't sort it out! @financialombuds

@SP_EnergyPeople @ScottishPower I cant call to speak to the complaints team as I'm getting transferred automatically to collections who will not transfer me to complaints. I have contacted @EnergyOmbudsman who asked me to give u an opportunity to resolve but I can't get past collections.

@ScottishPower 1 this company is a disgrace! The amount they bill me is ridiculous! Then I find out I'm listed twice by another energy company & SP are refusing to deal with it! Tried to leave & got 2 sets of letters from them. One saying goodbye and another saying u can't leave

@SalonGold worst company to deal with. 2.5 years to try & get claim sorted for flooded salon. Still not resolved! Will never use again for insurance! Emails getting ignored constantly deadlines pass with no updates! Think twice about using them as claiming is impossible!

@ScotNational Every single gp surgery who fails to return to seeing patients & starts prebooking appts again should get stripped of nhs funding! Simple then we will see how many are ok to return to normal that will help a&e and the ambulances and emergency crews!
