@mikepengellyCA @CP24 Need the UK system of enforced lane passing (cannot pass on the inside) and also flexibke speed limits to slow traffic when needed and enforced by cameras. It actually avoids congestion as traffic is gradually slowed rather than everyone hitting the brakes causing a bottleneck.
