🚨 Rajbir Singh (Calgary, Alberta, sentenced January 2024): 25-year-old on a visitor’s permit (initially came in 2018 on a study permit). At a nightclub bar, he groped an 18-year-old woman’s genitals under her skirt twice (she was buying a drink; he did it again after she turned in shock). Found guilty of sexual assault after trial. Justice A.J. Brown gave him a discharge (no conviction entered, no permanent criminal record) + 3 years probation instead of a conviction. The judge cited that a conviction would trigger automatic deportation without appeal rights and stated it was not in the public interest to convict “in consideration of the devastating collateral immigration consequences.”

Judge Kevin Loo gave him 170 days house arrest…

Case in point: a young woman reached out to me about an online post she made using an anonymous account.

I won’t repeat it, but called for political violence.

I told her I didn’t agree with it, the visit was warranted & she never should have posted it.

The RCMP paid her a visit:

“They got literally everything about my personal data like my old workplace, my phone numbers, my social media accounts, my bank accounts, my debts, my house, etc.”

She’s not even in the country.

Interpol is now being asked to investigate her.

It doesn’t matter where you are on the political spectrum, political violence is not welcome.

It will be met with consequences.

Do not think an anonymous account will save you from justice.

This is a warning message to all Canadians: stop this.

Debate. Argue. Discuss. Get mad. Be happy.
