But in California, Harris won 58.5% of the vote in 2024, yet Democrats hold 82.7% of the state’s House seats.

Now Democrats want to redraw the map to grab 5 more seats, giving themselves 92.3% of the delegation while GOP voters get just 7.7% of the seats despite 38.3% of the vote.
