It would have been nice for the media to have asked all these candidate-related questions of Reform *before* the elections, but they were far too focused on the Greens of course.
Genuine question because I don’t actually know the answer: when it was boys who wanted to make more money, did researchers call it “materialism,” or did they use a different term?

@ThornMartins @LogisticanofGod @yrinsanelove it is also vital as many homes fail to teach their children this and most victims of child sexual exploitation were in fact victimised by family or someone close to them that were supposed to be a trusted adult. we clearly cannot rely on family alone to ensure a child’s safety.
@ThornMartins @LogisticanofGod @yrinsanelove exactly. pedophiles get away with so much because they are able to exploit children’s naivety, they tell their victims “this is a game we play” or “this is something every kid does for their xyz” sex ed takes away this information disparity as children are taught about boundaries

as long as he’s been vetted and he’s undergone training and respects women.. only then. bc some male teachers at my girls school would just make the weirdest comments and you could tell they felt the need to mansplain a lot of topics (totally unrelated to what they were teaching)
