Really frustrated with @xymoxpercussion. Ordered and *paid for* a set of custom tenor pads in mid-June 2020. Delayed by COVID, OK, but this is ridiculous. Website has said "In Production" for months, only auto-responses to email. Very disappointing.

It’s been 411 days since I ordered the drum from xymox. It’s been 29 days since I sent the last email and got an auto reply back(and nothing else). They’ve gotten slower.
