I’m stunned... FINAL UPDATE on the @ATT disaster... been on the phone for the past hour and 15 minutes to finally hear the reason why my installation is on hold. Previous owners of my new home have an account here still. Ok... not my problem, right?....
To my new residence. This is how @ATT treats customers of 5+ years, good luck if you’re a new customer. Open to suggestions in the Farmington Hills area for hi-speed internet and cable - @DIRECTV is a casualty by acquaintance....
By the way, @ATTCares is solid too... ask for info on your account in a direct message then do nothing with it, specifically don’t ever call you back. Par for the course with @ATT as a company. Looking forward to the end of this contract this month. What’s good @Xfinity?
Haven’t tweeted in a long time, but happily hop on here to inform everyone that @ATT and @DIRECTV are easily the two WORST companies to deal with for customer service. Incompetent, do not listen, and each time I speak to a rep it’s a different issue and an hour of time wasted.
Date for install. Then push me out another week, to maybe show up that day. Gee @ATT, thanks for not charging me this monthly statement. Really big of you to mot@charge me because it’s your fault I don’t have service. Really went above and beyond on that one.
