That is why nearly every COVID vaccine-injury claim failed.

CICP forced injured people to prove that the vaccine directly caused their condition but HHS never created the injury table that was supposed to identify recognized injuries anyway.

So the government demanded proof while withholding the very framework needed to prove it. It was a shell game.

My lawsuit attacks that missing piece!!!

A COVID injury table means:

• Injuries are officially recognized instead of dismissed as coincidence
• Causation can be presumed when the injury and timing match-TIE GOES TO THE RUNNER!!!
• Denied and expired claims can be reopened or refiled
• Doctors finally have a federal framework to diagnose and treat patients
• Providers have recognized conditions they can bill insurers and government programs to treat
• Patients will now have proof for disability, Medicaid, Medicare, long-term care and home-health services
• Families can seek housing assistance, workplace accommodations, lost wages and caregiver support
• Researchers can obtain funding to study recognized injuries and develop treatments
• Bereaved families finally have official acknowledgment of what happened

This is why the table matters RIGHT NOW.

Without recognition, patients are denied compensation, denied treatment, denied insurance coverage, denied disability and abandoned by doctors who do not know how, or cannot get paid, to help them.
With recognition, the entire system begins to move.

This lawsuit is not about one CICP check. It is the legal bridge to medical care, disability support, housing, income replacement, research, treatment and justice.
And it creates a blueprint so the government can never again give manufacturers immunity, leave citizens injured, refuse to recognize their conditions and then claim there is no proof.

Nearly 2 million EXTRA registered voters over eligible citizens in 350 counties across 29 states.

The 2020 election was FILLED with systemic corruption as corrupt officials covered it up while the media buried the evidence and called us all liars!
