@angelogiomateo Totally agreed. Esp when those jobs actually deal with regional issues. It brings us endless frustration when the NCR-based folks know little to nothing about the region that they are responsible for

I think I did OK. My director seems quite pleased.

Now I'm definitely going to take it easy & not move up too quickly to manager role...
