Excited to finally kick off the first Velocity cohort at y0. 13 companies, and a great bunch of founders.
For the next few months, founders will focus on finding customers: reaching out, having conversations, following up, and selling. For some, that means their first customer.
Each week, they’ll have clear goals, a checklist, and resources to help them put things into practice.
We’ll be there to help as they figure it out, and they’ll have other founders doing the same work alongside them.
We’re opening applications for Velocity,a 90 day execution program for founders with a live product who want more users, customers and revenue.
We’re selecting 10 founders for the first cohort, starting September 21.

If you believe what you're building genuinely helps people, you have a moral responsibility to reach them.
Most founders are not aggressive enough about getting what they make into the hands of the people who need it.
Not doing so is a moral failure.
Everyone can build now.
AI has made it easier than ever. You can ship a product in a weekend.
But shipping isn't the hard part anymore.
Selling is.
Most founders I meet are stuck here. They built something good. They launched it. They got some early users.
And then... nothing. Growth stalls. Revenue flatlines.
The problem isn't the product. It's distribution.
At @y0dotco, this is what we focus on with our founders. Not fundraising strategy. Not pitch decks. Not growth hacks.
Revenue. Customers. Sales.
How do you get more people to buy? How do you make the thing you built actually sustainable?
That's the work that matters now.
What better way to spend this @lovable weekend than surrounded by builders at @UofT!
Big shoutout to @UTMIST1 and @roam for putting this together!
At @y0dotco, this is exactly where we want to be. With early builders, right from the start!
