@GeelyAutoGlobal It's been 24 days and my car (Star Ray 2024) is still out of service due to the dealership, with no response from the parent company or even the dealership in Saudi Arabia. I haven't received any reply to my email either. @GeelyGroup @GeelyAutoGroup @Geely_Kevin @GeelyAutoSaudi

@GeelyAutoSaudi It's beautiful, but unfortunately it's been in maintenance for over 23 days. I brought it to you with one problem, and you told me to take it, but I found it with two problems, and the car's electricity is completely cut off. 👎🏼

@GeelyAutoGlobal Unfortunately, today is the 23rd day and the car is still with the Al-Walaan dealership with no communication or solution.
No communication from Al-Walaan.
No communication from the parent company.
No comm… from the maintenance department.
No comm… from after-sales service.

يرفعون السعر بالتطبيق لسداد نسبة التطبيق العاليه

@GeelyAutoGlobal I handed over my Geely while it was running, and the dealership returned it completely dead with no electrical power at all. After two weeks without a proper solution, this has become a very disappointing experience with Geely.@Geely_Kevin @GeelyAutoSaudi @GeelyGroup

الضمان ينتهي عند 60 الف و هذا سيارتي متعطله واقفه في الوكاله لها اكثر من اسبوعين ماشيه 78 الف موديلها 2024 ( خارج الضمان )
