Well that was exhausting but absolutely fantastic! We loved Chester Zoo! You should be so proud of your children as we got lots of compliments about their good manners & behaviour! We also rescued 6 fruit bats who were trying to escape the bat cave 🦇 🦒🦁🐒 #ChesterZoo

Chester Zoo have been in touch, they needed our help! They sent a very smelly package and asked us what animals have made this mess! Was it a carnivore, a herbivore or an omnivore? 🐻🪱🦁🐍 #oakyscience

Year 1 have been learning about ‘Victorian Seaside Holidays’. We have looked at the very first seaside holidays, the transport used to get to the seaside towns as well as the attractions such as ‘Punch & Judy’, donkey rides & how they used Victorian bathing machines #OakyHistory

We’ve been reading ‘Someone Swallowed Stanley’ this week! Poor Stanley is a plastic bag who has been dumped in the ocean! We have designed posters to encourage people to protect our animals by throwing their rubbish in the bin, recycling and reusing plastic! 🐟🐬🦀
