@_Reading_Rocks_@MissMacICT@MrEPrimary@NosyCrow Just wondered if you had any recommendations for good KS1/KS2 fiction that revolve around my subject: Computing. For instance the main character is a coder or the plot is linked in etc. Any suggestions much appreciated!
@whatSFSaid Hi, thanks so much for replying. I walked in on them reading your book tonight to share the tweet - great look of shock and delight on the face of my eight-year-old when he realised you had replied directly to his question! Will get him onto Phoenix soon!
@whatSFSaid Hi, my son and wife are currently reading The Outlaw (having loved Varjak Paw)...I read somewhere you were planning on writing book 3 ‘sometime’...is that date nearing? They are keen to know!
@ZillahBethell Hi, am very interested by the issues the book is covering and ticked the box for our next topic at school. I was also intrigued by the colour blindness aspect, my son is partially colour blind so will share the book with him too as he loves reading.
@ZillahBethell How funny to see that you have just read my message...I am racing through Auden Dare as we speak! Am loving it - know my class will too. We have just finished ‘Can you See Me’ so I think this will follow on nicely...
Thanks for all the amazing recommendations - I have bought Troofriend and The Extraordinary Colors of Auden Dare...the latter I think would be a good transition from Can You See Me which my class loved. But lots of other titles to check out. Thanks!
Hi, new to tweeting, wondered if you could help @MrBoothY6@_Reading_Rocks_@stories_sea Doing a Y6 topic on ‘Futures’ any recommendations?
Dust Road by Tom Huddleston? But I see it is second in a series? Have liked other Nosy Crow books. Thank you!
