My husband and I’ve spent a week trying to have @united reverse our travel credits, which we lost because of their website malfunction and horrible customer service. Is it too much to ask to get our travel credit back? Give us our money back. #UnitedAirlines
1. Adding to my @united customer service hell. Today was given a message that I couldn't use my credit because it was associated with a confirmation number I've never seen before. @united won't let me use all of my travel credit to book a flight.

Worst customer service ever @united! While trying to use travel credit, website crashed. Reservation never went through, but my credit card on file was charged. I need my $4K fully refunded right now. The ticket price has gone up since my last attempt to book, all thanks to you.
@united You have stolen $4k. Tried to use travel credit. Gave me an error msg. You billed my credit card instead. Travel credit is gone and you failed to return the $ despite the cancelled reservation. You are a THIEF!
For @ArkaiveInc, I would display questions and had class discuss the answers in groups. I then used the cold calling feature to randomly select a student to be called on. This took the pressure off the student having to know the answer unexpectedly. This really engaged students
This semester there were two teaching technologies I found particularly useful (students specifically mentioned these positively in evaluations):
-@ArkaiveInc for geolocated attendance and cold calling
-@Panopto for lecture recording (students actually rewatched the lectures)
#RutgersExcellence: Eight @RUAthletics teams earned @NCAA recognition for academic excellence – ranking Rutgers No. 3 for NCAA Public Recognition Awards in the @BigTen.
Incredibly proud of our guys this semester in the classroom! The team's 2.95 GPA is the highest in program history since started tracking in 2011. 📚📖✏
