Man, I hope he wins. Not just for the raw political consequences, but it would be nice if once, just ONCE the sleazy, corrupt, venal, self-interested asshole lost and the good guy won.

Go fuck yourself you inbred hick. The smartest kids from evrry high school in Texas are automatically admitted to UT. Ain't no one losing a spot they earned.
They didn’t bother anyone. Just a group of desi college kids living the American dream by simply enjoying their college team comeback and win an incredible game.
But we live in a world where platforms are run on racist comments to stoke fear, anger and create division.
Thank you @JohnCornyn for your leadership.
Racism has no place in Texas.
@KenPaxtonTX: will you condemn this blatant racism or will you cower to extremists?
This is the Republican nominee for statewide office. Are other Republican elected officials going to condemn the intolerance and racism, or look the other way while it becomes normalized. This is how great political parties self-destruct. Sad.
Listen up TX Republicans, if you’re not willing to teach your party a lesson by voting for James Talarico, then do the next best thing and don’t vote for Ken Paxton.
Absolutely hilarious post from a sitting Senator whose entire political position has been… no controls on anything … and when there was chaos in his state lil Teddy cruised on down to Cancun
Influencers are the private equity of culture: draining whatever’s “cool” until higher prices and worse experiences push out the original fan base. Then they move on to the next thing, leaving the original to die as fans lose interest or the ability to participate.
Actually, carpetbagger Paxton grew up in California and has been impeached by his own party for fraud and bribery. Talarico, otoh, is an 8th-generation Texan and has not been tried for any criminal activity. Either we elect a politician as crooked as a barrel of fish hooks, or we elect an honest Texan who will fight for the everyday Texan. That is the choice.
