The Nazis weren’t history’s only monsters.
Japan’s Unit 731 froze prisoners alive, dissected children without anesthesia, and unleashed plague bombs.
At the center was Shirō Ishii, a man more monstrous than history dares to remember.
Here’s the horror they tried to erase:
Sometimes you need to remind yourself you can do wtv the fk you want to do. I’m not talking about being reckless, I’m talking about every decision you make being your own. Not listening to everybody’s advice, not playing by the rules, moving on your own time. You’re in control.
Nothing makes people search for meaning like tragedy. Tragedy is different from evil in the sense that it’s a serious and unchangeable setback with no one to blame except for something intangible like fate. It forces you to ask, “why” and “why me”

“Sheep don’t bring their owners grass to prove to them how much they’ve eaten, they digest it inwardly and outwardly bring forth milk and wool. So don’t make a show of your philosophical learning to the uninitiated, show them by your actions what you have absorbed.”

@jade_billions Breastfeeding reminds us of the universal truth of abundance; the more we give out, the more we are filled up, and that divine nourishment the source from which we all draw is, like a mother's breast, ever full and ever flowing.
Most important mentality I’ve shared.
What’s the difference between the subconscious and the conscious mind?
Do a drill with me to show you the power of the subconscious mind.
30 seconds.
Get comfy, and start to visualize a lemon…
Picture the juiciest lemon you can imagine, so full and ripe it looks like it could pop with lemon juice.
Imagine taking that lemons, cutting it into fourths, and chewing the lemon up. Really visualize it.
Imagine the peel and the pulp just pouring lemon juice into your mouth, the acidic sour taste, imagine chewing it all the way and swallowing.
…
Did your mouth water?
The difference between the subconscious and conscious mind is the conscious mind knows what’s real or fake but the subconscious mind does not.
Consciously you knew you weren’t really eating a lemon, but subconsciously your mind thought it was eating a lemon.
The reason this is so important is because your subconscious mind was powerful enough to create a digestive process, a full force bodily reaction, to digest a lemon that wasn’t even real.
Now, what do you think happens when you play negative stories in your head all day long about yourself?
Your subconscious mind believes they are happening to you and you then create bodily reactions accordingly.
You shell up, you’re blood pressure goes up, your testosterone plummets, your body literally takes the form of someone who is having those things happen to them consistently. Dopamine destroyed.
It’s so easy when I have a fight coming up to imagine all the negative outcomes that could happen. Risking it all in front of everyone and possibly losing.
It is 100% up to me to visualize and truly believe that there is no outcome other than winning. If I step into the cage and my body for the last two months has been reacting to me losing subconsciously then as soon as the fight tips in the wrong direction, my body will shell up and my mind with crumble.
What’s the worst that can happen? You believe that you were going to win and you lose ? So what? You are 100% lowering your chances of failure if you truly believe there is no other option other than success.
This mentality won me two world titles. It’s simple but it’s not easy. Everyday will be a battle against negative thoughts.
The best thing about it is every time you combat a negative thought with a positive one, you just worked out that mental muscle, and when life gets tough and you have negative thoughts, you’ll be preprogrammed to start thinking positive and increase your chance of success.
Hope this helps you march to greatness.

Maximize who you are, lean into your natural gifts. All power comes from knowing yourself, God rewards those who live true to their design. No idols, no wishing you’ve been dealt a different hand. Just knowing you have everything you need to be exactly who you’re meant to be.
My only dating advice. Be everything you want in a partner:
Fit, kind, smart, driven, and successful.
Don’t settle for anyone less. Get in circles where others hang out.
I began trading in 06.
A few months in, I already had a market edge that made great sense on paper.
But in the following years, I struggled a lot.
Reason: I didn't have the right psychology for the job.
Conquering your demons... this is where the bulk of the work is.
Not all customers are created equal.
Apply the 80/20 principle to time consumption: What 20% of people are consuming 80% of your time? Put high-maintenance, low-profit customers on autopilot—process orders but don’t pursue them or check up on them—and “fire” high-maintenance, high-profit customers by sending a memo detailing how a change in business model requires a few new policies: how often and how to communicate, standardized pricing and order process, etc.
Indicate that, for those clients whose needs are incompatible with these new policies, you are happy to introduce other providers.
“But what if my largest customer consumes all of my time?”
Recognize that (1) without time, you cannot scale your company (and, oftentimes, life) beyond that customer, and (2) people, even good people, will unknowingly abuse your time to the extent that you let them.
Set good rules for all involved to minimize back-and-forth and meaningless communication.
When the market is about to hit your stop loss, take a deep breath, switch off your ego, and let it happen.
Don't fight the market.
Accept its lessons and move to the next opportunity.
Most people don't want the truth.
They want their beliefs reinforced.
The truth is appreciated by those who have control of their ego. Who are invested in reality even when it makes them uncomfortable.
A person's potential for success is likely proportional to:
- Their willingness to embarrass themselves in front of others
- Their ability to have difficult conversations
- Their understanding of their own limitations
