1 month ago my Volkswagen virtus showed an EPC error in Gurgaon. Car was kept for 1 week and fuel pump was changed. Again after 1 month, during a family trip to Dehradun, the same EPC error came and I had to leave the car there for 15 days.

I am travelling with my family and this is a serious safety risk. How many times do I have to leave my car at service centers before a permanent solution is provided? Either replace the car or give me a full refund. @VW @volkswagenindia @VWGroup

Parts were changed again, but within 2 days the EPC error returned. Now the car is again in Gurgaon service center with no clarity on the issue. This is extremely unsafe for my family. What should I do now!! I’m a loyal customer since last 10 years. @volkswagenindia @VW @autocar
