also my family comes from rural areas and are mostly illiterate so even if i could speak with them i couldn't write or read.
anywhoo i do try & learn it better but i also mix it up with the dari i do know so it sounds like a hodgepodge

my family are not persian iranians so not their main language, i'm diasporoid, did not know my family from ages 4-12 *the* ages to learn languages & only lived in afg for 2 years and farsi is quite hard to learn from scratch
