@THEDEVCHEV @JeanIngram Apologies @THEDEVCHEV, this was meant for one of the previous posts with regards to productivity and turn around times made in October last year with regards to Ekhuruleni. We've had an outage for two days with no communication from the municipality as to the status.

@City_Ekurhuleni Can we have some feedback on Parkhill Gardens and other affected areas in Germiston - nearly two days with no communication!

@CoE_Call_Centre Yet the municipality will provide us with long lectures in the newspaper about how we must comply with by-laws and what not. @Our_DA same playbook as the ANC no better possibly even worse service delivery in Ekhuruleni.

@CoE_Call_Centre Still no communication here? Other information said the power would be restored by 10:00AM today - now the call center says by 18:00PM today. Can we have a clear indication please? 36 hours with no communication.

@Bhoholo @CoE_Call_Centre Technicians are apparently going to see what the issue is - an hour later, after one technician flicked a switch and the power was not restored. But don’t worry the muncipality won’t provide a post on a situation it’s well aware of.

@CoE_Call_Centre Restoration time is now apparently some time tomorrow - some areas have been without power for 24 hours. Why can you as a municipality not get even the simple things like communication right ?
