Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass warned that she and her city's residents are ready to oppose federal immigration enforcement if the Trump administration attempts widespread operations during the World Cup.

Bass, who is facing a challenge in the mayoral election from Spencer Pratt, pledged her support for Los Angeles residents regardless of who they are or why they're in the city.
