Foreign agent and al-Shabaab supporter Mahmoud Omar Isse just hosted an event in Minnesota where a Somali presidential candidate told Isse’s followers to get involved in U.S. politics and become President of the United States.

A Ramsey County Sheriff’s Deputy stood right behind the candidate the entire time — smiling, providing security, and acting as a prop that hands legitimacy to a criminal organization. It’s a felony not to register with the DOJ as a foreign agent, yet Minnesota law enforcement stood guard at his event.Ali Khalif Bulqass was there too.

He’s the Khaatumo government’s (Somalia) spokesman in North America — the same guy who threatened an entire population of Minnesota residents with Jihad at the Minnesota Capitol.

Instead of arresting Jama, the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department works for his organization and provided security for this group.Minnesota law enforcement is dangerously inept and corrupt.

In 2019, Representatives Ilhan Omar and Karen Bass (now Mayor of Los Angeles) associated with two unregistered foreign agents during what was likely the Congressional Black Caucus's “State of Black America” visit to Minneapolis on Friday, August 30, 2019.
Omar and Bass are pictured with Ali Khalif Jama/Bulqass and Mohmoud Omar Isse who represent the SSC Khaatumo government of Somalia. The most concerning aspect of this association is that Isse is a public supporter of the Al-Shabaab Commander - Abdi Madobe. Madobe is also a SSC-Khaatumo General.
