Went 2/3 in my F1 predictions over the weekend

Have got the last 11 race winners correct

Here’s your easy F1 predictions for this season

Mercedes / Ferrari will win 90% of the races between now and mid season

Mercedes have the clear best car of the season so far, but in the first year of new rules, expect the other cars to catch up around midway point of the season.

George Russell is the consensus bet to win the title, he won the first race of the season pretty easily.

With George being on form and having the best car, he’s an easy bet each week.

His partner, Kimi, will get some wins this season. Kimi has all the raw talent in the world, but he’s too young and wild to be a title threat this season

Ferrari looked great, but they are still Ferrari and will fuck up the strategies. We’re only 1 race in and they already did it.

Ferrari has the best car for race starts, this will make them tempting to bet some races that are already live. Never doubt Ferrari’s ability to fuck themselves over, though.

That said, Leclerc and maybe even Hamilton will steal some races this season.

George Russell to win the title is still at ~60% on PMs. He’s pretty much a lock to win the title unless another top 4 team gets good but they have to get good fast.

The 2 bets I hit on this weekend were George to win and George to qualify on pole.

The 1 I lost was Kimi to qualify on pole. I tried to throw a fast bet in after he threw down the top time, then George came and topped it.

My strategy will still be to just bet on race wins. Qualifying will be tough, because Kimi has the raw speed to out qualify George over 1 lap, but I don’t think he has the racecraft to win over a full race too often yet.

If you are new to F1, now is a great time to get into the sport! There was a complete rule overhaul, and so many teams still don’t know where they are truly at. Makes it really interesting!

Formula 1 has been by far the easiest place for me to make money on PMs. If you want more write ups or for me to go in more detail on anything, let me know! I’m way too into this sport and happy to yap about it endlessly
