We are implementing what is called EOD (End of Day) report system to SMC.

All 106 Staffs across their various departments will now be required to submit their End of Day report on our slack workspace at the end of each work day.

This will help our EOD reporting bot collect and compile everyone report and give a productivity score at the end of the month.

We have also built an internal app for our workers to receive payroll in crypto which started this month.

Building for the world is important but more importantly is building a strong internal structure first.

Worked in a company that wasn't even as big as Chevron.

90% of staff with minimum of 7 years of experience were living in their house.

This will be controversial but I will say it: All managers of international oil companies and top upstream independents (or let me say almost anyone that has spent 15 years in an upstream oil & gas company) are Naira billionaires. Too many leverages. Almost everyone has three properties that are cumulatively worth a billion naira.

Okay, if "all" is a stretch, I will say minimum of 3 in 5 people.
