I thought these ants were simply moving in a line… until I noticed what every single one of them was carrying. 🐜😳

I came across them moving in an amazing, organized way, so I started recording.

About 10–15 minutes later, they were still following the same path, almost as if they were travelling on a tiny road.

But what caught my attention was that each ant was carrying something in its mouth.

Out of curiosity, I got closer and stopped one of them. I took away what she was carrying.

What happened next surprised me.

She refused to leave.

She kept searching restlessly, going back and forth, as if she was desperately looking for what I had taken.

Seeing her like that, I immediately regretted taking it.

I eventually realized that what I thought was just a tiny object meant something very important to her.

上司：「仕事が最優先だ。」

私は予定をキャンセルした。
翌朝、人事部から電話がかかって��た。
人事：「なぜ休暇をキャンセルしたのですか？」
私：「上司に承認されていないと言われたからです。」

He looks intimidating, and he doesn't sugarcoat how he talks either.

But real consideration isn't about looking like the type who'd bother. It's about actually doing the small things nobody else wants to deal with.

I thought, you really can't judge someone based on the first thing they say.

At a neighborhood barbecue, a guy covered in tattoos who used to run with a rough crowd in his twenties, now a licensed electrician with his own small business, said, "I always park in the spot closest to the entrance at the grocery store." What? That's pretty inconsiderate. Taking up the convenient spot just for himself. That's what I thought, and the very next moment, the way I saw him changed.
