एक दिन मुल्ला नसरुद्दीन जोश जोश में अपने गधे को घर की छत पर ले गए... जब नीचे उतारने लगे तो गधा नीचे उतर ही नहीं रहा था ।

बहुत कोशिश के बाद भी जब नाकाम हुए तो ख़ुद ही नीचे उतर गए और गधे के नीचे उतरने का इंतज़ार करने लगे ।

कुछ देर गुज़र जाने के बाद मुल्ला नसरुद्दीन ने महसूस किया कि गधा छत को लातों से तोड़ने को कोशिश कर रहा है मुल्ला नसरुद्दीन बहुत परेशान हुए कि छत तो नाज़ुक है, इतनी मज़बूत नहीं कि गधे की लातों को बर्दाश्त कर सके...

दोबारा ऊपर भागे और गधे को नीचे लाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन गधा अपनी ज़िद पर अटका हुआ था और छत को तोड़ने में लगा हुआ था।

मुल्ला आख़िरी कोशिश करते हुए उसे धक्के देकर नीचे लाने की कोशिश करने लगे तो गधे ने मुल्ला को लात मारी और वह नीचे गिर गए।

गधा फिर छत को तोड़ने लगा... आख़िरकार छत टूट गयी और गधे समेत ज़मीन पर आ गिरी ।

मुल्ला काफी देर तक इस वाक़ये पर ग़ौर करते रहे और फिर ख़ुद से कहा कि कभी भी गधे को ऊँचे मकाम पर नहीं ले जाना चाहिये एक तो वह ख़ुद का नुकसान करता है, दूसरा ख़ुद उस जगह को भी ख़राब करता है और तीसरा ऊपर ले जाने वाले को भी नुक़सान पहुँचाता है ।

Do you know what happened today at the Kolkata sessions court where #RGKar rape and murder accused Sanjoy was virtually produced?

After the matter came up, Sanjoy’s production happened and his defence counsel appealed for his bail, (HEAR CAREFULLY) there was no rebuttal from CBI for close to 40 mins.

You know why?

Because there was neither the CBI IO present in court nor was the PP. Judge gave 10 mins time for CBI or it’s Lawyer to appear. Imagine, production happened and CBI counsel is missing, Investigating officer missing. Then some advocate showed up, much later to 10 mins deadline, as the PP in the case but he wasn’t there the last time as the CBI counsel. Nonetheless, court allowed.

The Judge got so so angry with the attitude of CBI, called it “lethargic and unfortunate”.

Judge even angrily asked: “Should I in that case grant bail to Sanjoy?”

Thankfully even after such a faux-pas, the judge sent Sanjoy to 14 days of jail custody. He is the only one arrested in the case so far and that too by kolkata police.

No explanation from CBI as yet as what went wrong.

But imagine if #KolkataPolice had done this then all hell would have broken loose, WhatsApp investigators and Sherlock Holmes would have claimed conspiracy to eliminate evidences and a plot to let off the ‘rapist’.
