DECLARACIONES RELEVO JULIO 22

A las 5:45 p.m. ocurrió un relevo de carga automático tras la salida de la Unidad 5 de la Central Costa Sur, operada por Genera PR.

Para el pico de consumo se proyectaba una deficiencia en generación de casi 300 megavatios y, con este nuevo incidente, se perdieron cerca de 380 megavatios. Esta situación se suma a la avería reportada en una unidad de EcoEléctrica más temprano creando un nuevo escenario con un déficit estimado de aproximadamente 500MW para el pico de esta noche.

Aunque la generación no es nuestra responsabilidad, continuaremos informando con transparencia el escenario al que nos enfrentamos con las limitaciones de generación. Estamos colaborando con GeneraPR y EcoEléctrica para asegurar el despacho de toda energía que puedan producir y compartiremos actualizaciones través de nuestros canales oficiales.
