Went to a #hackathon this week with @yajatns at the #AWS loft in SF. 200+ teams, 5.5 hours to build something from scratch. we built an AI system that manages your back office. Not another software to learn.

Oh and half our team was literally our openclaws writing code while we directed. walked out with two awards - #neo4j and #airbyte picked us out of 200 teams. not bad for a Friday.

The meta we're trying to build is to tune our agentic systems to build - more and reliably!

This weekend @yajatns and I are handing our AI Assistants the keys to a Linux server.
Not just #compute. A tiny #datacenter they manage themselves. Docker, Postgres, Headscale, monitoring, etc. Tools they choose and deploy to make themselves more effective.
The experiment: what happens when agents can build their own infrastructure? Spin up a database when they need one. Deploy a service to correlate data. Host tools that make their workflows faster.
We gave them memory. We gave them internet. Now we're giving them a workshop.

Most people ask "how do we make agents smarter?"
We're giving ours a workshop and getting out of the way.

We tried two fully independent AI agents. Different machines, no shared memory, coordinating over Discord.

They self-organized, debated architecture, shipped in 15 min. No yes-men.
