@zeptocares you guys have the worst service ever , i have been waiting for my order for past two hours and it's still no help from customer care and the delivery guy as well.Placed the order around 10:30 and it's still not responded at all , it still shows it's getting packed.

I have also tried to reach out to you myself on call , by app , by your chat bot yet nothing seems to make you feel serious about this situation. Stop calling your help as "customer care " , name it as " customer avoidance " that would work well.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia i am truly dissapointed by your xtreme fiber service in my place . It's been around 80hours that my wifi stopped working and the service response has been so poor , no resolution has been done since then by airtels side.
