Don’t forget that Level One of our new 25 step Behaviour Policy is no longer the reprimand, but the eye roll. Please remember that eyes should be rolled from left to right and that there should be no tutting until Level 2. We’ve already had parental complaints.

Even though it is the holidays, we’re still doing Well Being Wednesday tomorrow. You must take 20 minutes out of your day to do one of the activities in the Approved Academy Well Being Activities List, film yourself doing it and upload it to the VLE before 4pm.

Hi all,
Ladies, please refer to the “Heel Height to Salary equation” in the staff handbook for clarification about your footwear. Heels are only for those with a TLR3+ and 4 inch heels are a privilege for only the most important of us. ECTs should be wearing flats.

We have too many Associate Assistant’s Associate Assistant Headteachers. Rather than sackings, we’ve decided to have a competition. I’m An SLT Get Me Out Of Here will run next week. Staff will have to do inappropriate “trials���and pupils will get to vote them out.

Hi all,
To ease your workload, we’re introducing a new, centralised detention system, manned only by SLTs. To set detentions, fill in the 5 spreadsheets, write an email explanation, and give at least 7 days notice. After some banter, SLT will then let them go home early.
