Being a way for a while - dating those Disney friends….

Today is the first day running. Planned for 2k and end up with a 3.9K with @bennettrun “Tough Day Easy Run”.

Felt so relaxed in these few days. Haven’t had this feelings for a long time. I sat in my backyard with a closed pool in front. It is not my favourite season, and it is windy and cloudy, but nothing matters…when i am having this peace moment alone…

Did it…my second “five mile run” with @bennettrun . Love the coaching in the last two miles. “Let’s get fitter emotionally, mentally and physically”…

@bennettrun How is your knee coach? You are running so often and your knees are very cooperative….you must take good care of them….maybe it is only me aging? Darn…

Grateful 5K run in a cool temperature….

To protect the uncomfortable knee for the upcoming race, I am not running everyday…:(
