people are allowed to be sad. someone weve looked up to and admired for 3 years is leaving. some more than others.

this weird projection that whatever vtuber fans feel for a vtuber is parasocial and idol-like is really weird and obsessive quite frank..

this coming from a fellow VTUBER too. if you dont understand the sadness fans feel during a graduation then you have no right to speak on this situation and i hope that when your time comes and your fans are sad, you keep this same energy.

we DO celebrate what our oshis did during the time they were here. but they are still leaving. and we are in the right to feel sad.

associating sadness with death as if we arent allowed to feel sad about anything else lol grief isnt always about death

attachment and admiration =/= parasocial / idol-like. being a person with a community (let alone a vtuber) you should understand this.

to have so many people sad yet supportive just shows how loved and cared for you truly were.

but also to be the one graduating cant be easy either. its hard for BOTH sides.
