I'll just keep updating you, @amazonIN. Today, on Jun-5, 2026 its been more than a month and the parcel is still in-transit by amazon. Since you have made it clear that you only respond on social media and have no access to look into the details, I expect nothing from you.
@AmazonHelp If you do'nt have access to the account/order/tracking, what kind of help can you provide in private chat? You, at least, should be able to request your back office team to look into the issue and see where your processes failed. If you can't even do that than its meaningless.
@AmazonHelp With the shipment tracking number provided in the screenshot, you can track the parcel. And then you can figure our what happened to the delivery. I am surprised that I need to teach you this. That should be the part of your training curriculum. Or is this again a bot's reply?

I understand why banks want Gen-Z to be trapped in the EMI and debt loop. That's how they make money.

@AmazonHelp Whoever replied to my post missed to read "Replacement requested but inconvenient." in my post. I guess it may be a Human amazon worker because AI will not make that mistake. Either training issue or too much work pressure.
AI cannot magically resolve years of accumulated technical debt in code, design and architecture. On the contrary, it often exposes those underlying inconsistencies and amplifies them in its outputs. To avoid this, we must apply rigorous critical thinking.

Finally I muster the courage to clear chrome data. All thanks to the google search in latest chrome version that became unresponsive so frequently that the pain of cleaning chrome data actually felt like a pain killer.
