@jwalshie They still benefit from trucking, delivery, Amazon, etc. Make personal and commercial drivers pay their fair share, maybe based on VMT. Additional tax based on vehicle size. Make transit free.

And also the rebate is a great incentive for non-drivers too!

Physical barriers are ideal, but with Oakland in a budget hole, I don't expect much. Stop signs + paint now @OakDOT
