作为张艺兴先生的粉丝，我们正式就其在EXO粉丝见面会缺席一事，表明立场。

我们目睹了张艺兴先生巨大的付出与无奈的担当：他为此次演出排练数月，并专程提前近1个月抵达韩国进行最后筹备，其敬业精神与对舞台的尊重有目共睹，如今却因突发“不可抗力”无法登台。

突发状况导致无法登台后，他第一时间公开致歉，其言语中流露的无奈与遗憾我们感同身受。最令我们动容且揪心的是，这份远超预期的担当，源于他刻在骨子里对粉丝的珍视与爱护。

同时，我们也必须指出，这不仅仅是艺人与粉丝之间的事。粉丝出于对张艺兴先生的支持与信任，付出了宝贵的时间、精力和不菲的经济成本，远涉重洋，只为奔赴一场期待的聚会。这份真挚的投入，理应得到最基本的保障与尊重。

然而，现实情况是，粉丝因信任活动而付出的直接经济损失，目前仅由艺人个人出于道义及珍爱粉丝表示主动承担。

作为活动的主办方与统筹者，SM公司除退票外，应对此“不可抗力”导致的、已实际发生的关联消费（机票、酒店）给出解决方案并承担责任，这是基本的商业契约精神与对消费者权益的尊重。

我们严正要求SM公司：
1. 就本次“不可抗力”导致已到场艺人无法演出的具体情况，作出说明。
2. 主动提出并落实对受影响粉丝相关直接经济损失的合理补偿方案。

张艺兴先生保护了粉丝，维护了体面。我们要求SM公司展现出同等的责任感，并在合作中，给予张艺兴先生应有的专业支持与清晰保障。
