其实专业主播用的 OBS Studio 是免费的，github🌟73.9万颗星

录屏、直播、多摄像头画面合成，全部一个软件搞定。

我用 OBS 录教程已经几个月，最省时间的地方是：Scene 设置好之后，摄像头、桌面、麦克风一键切换，打开就能录。

画中画、绿幕抠像、多音轨分离也都支持。

唯一的门槛是第一次配置，要花 30 分钟看一遍教程。之后基本就是无脑用。

付费录屏软件卖的不是功能，是“不想看教程”的懒税。

这个信号比很多模型榜单更重要。

因为它说明一件事：AI 的主战场，正在从“帮程序员写代码”，转向“帮普通人完成一整件工作”。

Codex 解决的是代码生产，
ChatGPT Work 解决的是工作流入口。

前者很强，但人群窄。

后者一旦吃进文档、表格、会议、知识库、审批和企业数据，天花板就完全不同。

很多人还在问哪个 coding agent 更强。

更该问的是：
你每天真正卡住的工作，有多少发生在代码编辑器里？
又有多少发生在信息、流程和协作系统里？

个体用 AI 撬动结果，最后拼的不是谁会一个工具。

是你能不能把工具接进自己的工作流。

Claude Code 这次最值得盯的，不是 Opus 5 多强。

是 Anthropic 把系统提示词从大约 800 token 砍到 164 token，代码评测还没掉。

这说明一件事：Agent 真正吃的不是一堆万能规则，而是项目里的具体上下文。

CLAUDE.md 写太满，反而会把模型绑死。

更好的做法是，常驻规则只留 3 类：

·项目边界
·禁止动作
·验收标准

其他东西拆成 Skill，需要时再加载。

这也是 Claude Code、Codex 这类工具越来越像系统工程的原因。

会写提示词的人很多，会管理上下文的人会越来越值钱。
