@verma_pareena@KouMurayama@FlorianBuehler It's free 😂
also pre-defined templates & macros are great & save time!
But I stopped using Word many years ago (I assume most LaTex users are similar) -> Word has probably improved a lot since then.
Please retweet. Isabelle Bonnici lost her only child in the Corradino construction collapse, because of the greed and negligence of others. Let us help her get justice.
We want a public inquiry and proper justice for Jean Paul Sofia.

The @turinginst recently announced a new set of challenges that will take place in February --- I sincerely encourage STEM PhD students to apply! #phdlife

I was fortunate enough to spend last week at the @turinginst, working on a #DataScience challenge with an incredible group of early-career researchers, and great scientists from @CefasGovUK! #TuringDSG
We worked on creating tools for the automatic detection of sea pens (an animal similar to coral, whose abundance serves as an indicator for the health of marine ecosystems) in videos of the ocean sea-floor.
So happy to have presented a poster (#107) at the 'From Functional Genomics to Systems Biology' conference!
Thank you @EMBO and @EMBL for providing a travel grant 🙏

@EMBLHeidelberg Looking forward to meeting researchers from different areas of biology and learning about how data from large-scale experiments can be used to understand the behaviour of complex biological systems!
Our Synthetic Biology 2022 meeting is officially over, and it’s been a great couple of days! We would like to thank you all for attending and sharing the latest developments in this fantastic field #SyntheticBiology#SBUK22

@tymmesa@alice_banks 🤩🤩 I'm really looking forward to experiencing the amazing tech that will be made available in the future! - A notable phrase that I heard at #SBUK22 was " we are making the impossible possible"
#SynBio involves bridging the gap between biology and computer science. Just heard a fantastic talk by @nocoffeenocode, who presented CellRepo - a cloud-based version control system designed to keep track of changes made to cell lines!

Biology is a complex multi-factor system. An interesting issue was raised at #SBUK; the disadvantage of experiments that determine the effects of varying 1 factor whilst keeping all others constant - omitting the behaviour that arises from the interactions of different factors.
As the world’s population continues to rise so does our demand for food and plant extracts - creating an urgency for tech that enables #sustainableAgriculture. At today’s #BiochemEvent, I learnt how @nicolabiologist uses #SyntheticBiology to produce useful molecules from plants.
