This #HispanicHeritageMonth, NMF highlights a critical issue: the severe shortage of Hispanic and Latine doctors. Despite making up 19% of the U.S. population, they account for only 5.5% of the medical workforce (AAMC). Diverse doctors improve health outcomes & equitable care!
