What's wrong with Myntra these days? Delivering wrong orders? I ordered a polo t-shirt and a damaged old pants was delivered. There are no direct options to call the CS, the chat is always busy.

I have seriously lost trust in Myntra. I have been a loyal customer for so many years. But of late the service has degraded, no improvement, nothing.

The delivery executive gave someone else's order instead of my order to my security guard. I have been trying to raise a concern in the help section, but no one's helping me. What hAs happened to Myntra?

@Swiggy cancelled my order and I won't get the refund. The delivery executive wasn't out for delivery also, why won't I gets refund? You kept the entire amount for cancellation fee. Now you aren't letting me chat with an agent too.
